To the glory of Pagnol!

Clumsy, a little naive, very determined and madly in love with Jane Morse, sailor Martin EDEN grows up in the slums of Oakland. He announces his intention to become a writer in order to take his revenge on life and prove himself worthy of Jane.
His determination to achieve this dream reveals him to himself and to others. Like the life of Jack London, we follow Martin's journey, driven by his love of literature and enriched by his travels.
“You're not interested in my work. It's my fame. To become somebody is to be nobody.” Based on Jack LONDON

I was dazzled by this »one-man show» performed by an actor who gives flesh to multiple characters in a fraction of a second: Enzo Beaugeon. A magical moment! Virginie Poisson's adaptation, or rather talented rewrite, of Jack London's novel is remarkable. The duet between actor and director offers us a great moment of theatre. A must-see!.
Enzo Beaugheon's fluid staging transports us into the world of Martin Eden. It's a stunning and intense show. You'll have a smile on your face for 1 hour 30 minutes as you follow these unique, thought-provoking characters.
A show not to be missed.
An excellent play in which the actor makes us forget that he is alone on stage. What magnificent acting! Thank you for a wonderful evening!

To the glory of Pagnol!

Oscar Wilde's only novel finally brought to the stage.

Laughter and nostalgia with Laurel and Hardy in film-concert.
